Online Event: Live chat on maternal health, 25 Mar 2009

Dear friend,
Do you know what the number one killer of young women in the developing world is?

It's not a disease whose cure eludes us, or a condition which the world lacks the resources to treat. It is pregnancy and childbirth.

Every year, 500,000 women die while trying to give life. That's one every single minute.

The vast majority of these deaths are preventable. As part of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) - a set of promises made in the year 2000 to eradicate extreme poverty, impro… Continue

Abstract of my thesis:
This research accomplished with aim of study of relationship between
personality and management style with intent to performance change in
Lorestan education organization. Method of research which used,is
descriptive – measurement able for this aim sample which was mixed of
80 headmaster and 400 teacher from different educational grade of
state choosed and standard questionnaires: personality, management
style and change management distributed between them and then
gathered. Gathered information analyzed with tests: K-Square , ANOVA
variance analyze,kroscalvalice,U-man vitni and spirman correlation
coefficient. Results show that there is meaningful relationship between
personality type and managers management style . Also there is
meaningful relationship between personality and managers readiness .
But there is not meaningful relationship between management style and
managers readiness for change . Besides there is no meaningful
relationship between readiness for change and sexuality of managers .
On this basis there is no meaningful relationship between readiness
for modify and managers educational level . Also there is no
meaningful relationship between performance of modify and managers
antecedent . Readiness for performance of modify and managers age are
irrelevant to each other .On the basis of this research, sexuality and
personality of managers are irrelevant to each other. At last
proposals offer for managers of training – education organization of
Lorestan state .

Key words : personality,change in organization,management style,
resistance , change , manager, resistance against change.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello!

I am playing a game to shift $100 billion in the USA budget from military spending to health and well being and we are meeting on the 17th April in Los Angeles to formulate the plan we are taking to the White House in Washington in May,

Have a look at the attached invitation and this link on you tube

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J7z7aZN_6dE

If you are interested in being part of this game let me know,

Specifically I need the following

1. A venue for the event - Ideally what I would like is a house either in the Hollywood Hills or by the beach...that is owned by a celebrity or powerful person who lends their status/celebrity/power/resources to our vision...

2. Some guest speakers for the event who will provide inspiring speeches/presentations of where the money will go to..

3. 100 Guests who want to be part of the team who brainstorm ideas including the movement of the money and create an action plan and a support structure that enable the winning of this game.

4. People who want to be part of the team that selects a site and form of a statue (similar to the Statue of Liberty) that will be constructed as a perpetual memorial of this accomplishment

5. Some one to create a poem and a song that becomes the anthem for what we are doing and becomes a world wide best seller for the artist.

6. A video production team who who can do a video of what we are creating in Los Angeles next week that we will use for when we go to Washington to meet with the President at the end of May....

It would be great to have you play this game..thanks!
